Shipping and Returns
We aim to dispatch most UK orders within 3-5 days of purchase with delivery to our customer occurring within 7 working days. For some items these timescales may be longer, especially for larger or heavier pieces of furniture.
International orders will have different timescales again depending on country and item and we will communicate these to you if you live outside of the UK.
Small items will be sent in a well packaged box. Larger items, or items which require specialist handling will be delivered either by private courier or pallet service. Those accepting delivery of larger items of furniture such as cupboards or tables will need to ensure that there are appropriate number of people available to help unload the item and move it into situ upon delivery.
If you wish to return your item, then please contact Jennings and Cox within 14 working days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and returned using an appropriate method. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item being returned is packaged carefully and correctly. Unless previously agreed, Jennings and Cox will not cover the cost of returning an item - this is done so at the customer's expense.
Once an item has been returned in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment source within 3-5 working days. If an item is returned to us damaged, or in an unsuitable condition this may result in a partial refund, or no refund at all.
Please note that in the case of a return, the costs of the original outbound delivery are non refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount - a copy of the original delivery invoice can be supplied as proof of these costs if required.
If an item has arrived having been damaged in transit, then please contact us within 48 hours so that we can make suitable arrangements. We may ask for photographic evidence of the packaging and the item so that a claim can be lodged against the courier
